KHH | Kelly Horrigan Handmade creates statement jewelry, home goods and one-of-a-kind pieces that combine old world techniques with modern aesthetic. Pieces are sustainably designed and hand crafted using high quality, repurposed leather, semi-precious stones, antique beads, local clay, ethically sourced feathers, vintage hardware and found objects. KHH exists to empower people to express themselves through beautiful, unique adornments that represent their strength and individuality.

COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY

KHH was created in response to mass produced commercial fashion with a focus on reintroducing heirloom quality products in limited production. KHH makes sustainable choices by using materials that are produced in a way that minimizes harm to the environment. Each piece is created by hand using leather that is repurposed, vegetable tanned or sourced locally in NM. All feathers are ethically sourced. Stones are purchased locally and from BIPOC owned businesses.

MEET THE MAKER

Kelly Horrigan is a leather artisan, costume designer and educator. She earned her BFA in fashion design and was a professor at Pratt Institute for 20 years before moving to Albuquerque. Kelly is a true adventurer and enjoys rock climbing, camping, hiking, horseback riding and all things nature based. Her work has been worn by Janet Jackson, Steven Tyler, Debbie Harry and seen on The Voice, Here! and Bravo TV.
